Match Day Stadium: Colossal Park Sports Precinct

Description
This is a Match Day Functional stadium with an Expo Centre and built in Train Station.
It does not have Varsity Sports AI to work with Campus DLC University Areas

You will of course need the free DLC Match Day for it to function correctly (and appear in game). The stadium allows for up to 1375 cims to attend the yearly ball game.

The Train station and Expo Centre stay open to the public all year round, not just on match day, and the cims can also visit the lawn area for entertainment value. Please connect the road to the carpark next to the Expo Centre.

In-game Stats:

Model Stats:

As you can see there are 17 separate assets combined as sub buildings so that should explain the larger file size for those who are worried.

All sub buildings have custom LODs and the asset is lit for After Dark:

Note: It is a limitation of the asset editor that 3D animations don't work, so during a match you cannot get the player figures on the pitch, unfortunately there is no work around for this. However the stadium still fills up and the crowd appears during the match.

Frequently Asked Questions [and their answers ;)]

1. Q: Will you make another version with ______ in it? A: No, I do not create and upload different versions of the same asset, it gets confusing for subscribers and tedious for me if I ever have to update them.
2. Q: Why didn't you incorporate [transport mode] into the model? A: Usually I get asked for metro or monorail. Firstly I don't like having people needing to use DLC or Mods unless absolutely necessary so I won't incorporate something that could easily be placed nearby. Both a metro station and monorail can be placed either adjacently, or you can even use the monorail on road station as the road you place the precinct on. #uselogic
3. Q: Can I place this at the same time as the Vanilla Match Day stadium? A: Yes! if you get any stamp over the Precinct's thumbnail ignore it and place it anyway - just a visual glitch when i copied the unique building template.
4. Q: why is the download size 116mb? A: this asset contains 17 separate assets, and each one has to have a snapshot image saved to its .crp so that compounds the full file size BUT the game actually only downloads around 67mb to load this into the game so bare that in mind. You can see the stats above that it's not very resource heavy.

Troubleshooting

Follow These steps if you believe this asset is causing you a problem:

1: Close Cities Skylines (quit to desktop)

2: Use launch parameters to set "--disableMods" > See here for a guide on setting launch parameters

3: Launch the game

4: Start a new game 100% vanilla

5: test thoroughly the asset to see if it presents the same problem (yes you may have to play and build a quick test city to do so)

6: If the problem still persists, please upload the same vanilla save file you tested in making sure you have not used any other custom assets (so they don't disappear when I load it) and paste a link to the savegame in the discussion thread "Troubleshooting Savegames" (if there is not a thread, please create one)

Why are comments disabled?
For my sanity - having a lot of pressure to answer comments and field requests that I found hard to keep up with was damaging for my mental health. I hope you understand and can appreciate that we all need to do what's best for our well-being!

When it comes to troubleshooting and any problems you may have, I can practically guarantee that it would be mod related and not this asset - I will try to keep comments open for a couple of weeks on any new upload of course, in case I miss any obvious bugs, but once I can verify it works for everyone else, I will disable them. If there are any major things to address I will find out through other channels other than steam comments.

Thanks for understanding
