Nelkir and Dagny, the children of Jarl Balgruuf, are notorious for their spoiled, annoying voices and voice lines. For that reason, I didn't only change their voice lines--I straight up silenced them. They're just silent now. You no longer need to hear them. Have fun without them squealing in your ear.
(Yeah, I know, it's a pretty small mod, but I hope you all enjoy it nevertheless.)

No mod needed, just finish the stormcloak quest so you can run them and their famliy out of whiterun.

Simplier solution: Download killable children mod, the rest is up to you ;)
