Crimson Curse Buff

This mod changes the crimson curse to not suck as much.
A person that is cursed will no longer refuse healing. They will no longer ignore a command. They will no longer act randomly.
Increased time for a hero to become wasting in town.
Increased time it takes for a hero to become craving.
Crimson Curse (passive)
- Removed the health penalty
- Added a 5% damage increase
- Removed Blight resist debuff

Crimson Curse (craving)
- Removed the health penilty
- Removed Blight resist debuff

Crimson Curse (Weak)
- Removed Blight resist debuff

Crimson Curse (Bloodlust)
- No Changes

I removed the blight resistance removal since basically everything in the Courtyard that is infected has a ton of blight resist. It doesn't make sense that you would lose blight resistance.
