Actually in v1.0, all Unicode characters are accepted as part of Colonists' name. Only those special characters ("[", "]", etc) are still not allowed.
其實v1.0已經接受名字包含Unicode字符(包括中文字)，只是一些特別字符還是不准許，例如"["和"]"等。
