Update:
Thank you guys for all the support that this mod has gotten. I am currently moving all the hats to dropbox where you can download the hats as .hat files. This also makes me able to give the "characters" a better looking cape with physics. The Steam version of this mod will still be regualrely updated so keep requesting heroes and villians.
