ARZIAC's Sectoral Elite Playermodel

Sectoral Elites, reporting directly to their Sector Commanders, oversees specific parts of any given sector, and controls the Civil Protection forces within their personal sector, often being where they are from prior to the Universal Union's acquisition of earth. These units are separate from regular Shock Elites in that they are higher in rank and skill, making Sectoral Elites prime candidates to special assignments, often outside their assigned sectors. Sectoral Elites, while having personalized uniforms to denote rank and often use customized gas masks as well, often wear the same uniforms as their subordinates to disguise themselves as they patrol the streets of their personal sectors to watch the citizens and even their own rank-in-file forces, to make sure they are operating to code, even as far as using different call signs to further hide their true identity. No one ever knows when they do this, and there have been rumors of a Sectoral Elite within City 17 being deserviced when Anti-Citizen One emerged, but evidence of who, when, and where has been redacted...
