Cutterjohn, I like your taste, and this would be a good reminder for all devs that impossible is possible (meaning whatever mess you've created, computer junkies can work with any kind of mess): NewYork Times
"There's a guy in Japan we've nicknamed Hackerdude-san," said Joseph Sipher, product line manager for 3Com's Palm Computing. "Somehow he has gotten the Japanese font and look and feel built into his Pilot, and our engineers don't understand how he did it."
Thank you for entrusting fans with editors, but why not give away other modding rights to consider translations, master fans would do good work :steamhappy:

TRG became handera and made their own palm devices when palm did licensing, and that expansion IIRC was really for putting kanji/katakana in japan. A guy who used the name hackerdudesan pretty much converted the entire devices to japanese excepting grafiti of course.

Yes, BUT IIRC back-in-the-day DragonBane and THIS, The Quest were about the ONLY RPGs WITH editors and there never were very many 'modules'. I MIGHT be misremembering this one but I'm pretty sure that I had them back in the 3.30 days and realistically I really ended up sticking with my IIIx w/a TRG XTRA XTRA Pro upgrad(8MB RAM/8MB FLASH) as at the end of the day I used that Palm IIIx to read more books than anything since, including a REB1100, franklin ebookman, and various eink devices plus a jetbook BUT it was still fun to be able to play decently complex RPGs on a handheld finally, i.e. INFINITELY better than gameboy or GBA. Amazing for the base Palm device restrictions too... almost makes me want to get out that IIIx(or it's replacement, I finally dropped it and cracked the screen)

Think I'll give this a try. Looks promising. Shame there aren't more Quest mods on steam.
