Green roofs make cities much more livable so I made a set of plopable RICO assets with green roofs. These eco-friendly buildings might not be the most luxurious but they make the city more livable.

This is what I imagine how an Academy city (a la SimCity Cities of Tomorrow) would house low and medium wealth sims and provide non-researchers with income. The only thing lacking would be neon signs and holograms but those are difficult (but now possible) to animate and won't be common in the near future.
