Well some people don't want to cheat, but normal homies (with non-super outfits) cannot have superpowers, because the npc line doesn't include superpowers option, for example like GTA San Andreas' ped lines, SR4 has the same thing but no superpowers applied to non-super outfitted homies, this addon like a helpful-non-official-starter-pack
Kinda pointless IMO since i rather would have Default homies with Superpowers
