Keep in mind that this is standalone
Do not install Leinglo's version or any others to ensure this works correctly.

What has Changed
Compatiblity for 1.3 has been added. In addition, the parameters for following have been tweaked and code has been included for docking with the drone dock.

Compatibility for FU BYOS has also been properly implemented. However, if you had a BYOS ship prior to the compatibility update, your ship pet will not update. You'll need to switch out your S.A.I.L. terminal for a new one. From the Avali nanolathe, you will find a new item called "Avali FU BYOS Bag." It acts like a reward bag, but gives you a new S.A.I.L.; break down your old one and switch it out for this new one. Upon doing so, your drone pet should spawn appropriately.

Craftables
These are all craftable at the Avali nanolathe.

1. Drone Dock. Acts like a pethouse
2. Avali FU BYOS Bag. Used to get a new S.A.I.L. for BYOS ships using an outdated one. Does nothing if FU is not installed. This is a temporary item.

Currently Known Issues
1. Pet goes invisible when docking. This is due to using the same behavior as a pet that enters a regular pethouse. Still trying to find a good way to fix this.

If you encounter any problems let me know and I'll try my best to make things right.

@Devonax Sayter would need permission from RyuujinZERO to integrate Avali into FU.

Ah yes, I implemented the BYOS bag for when people install this mod after the fact. In such scenarios the SAIL would not have been correctly generated and would still have the default cat as the pet ship. The bag allows you to get around this.

In any case, I am glad you got things to work for ya :)

I really hope that soon the people from FU are going to fully incorporate the bigger and popular race mods into their mod like they did with the nightar etc.

The Avali, as far I have seen, is probably the biggest and most used race mod out there and I find it weird that Sayter or the team have not made efforts yet to have this race fully supported so you dont need to do all this digging and installing additional mods just to get the race fully working (Ship and SAIL)

mod 2: FU/ztarbound S.A.I.L. Modded Race Support

When I combine those mods with this Pet mod then my flying drone is waiting for me on my Avali ship right from the start and I do not have to use the BYOS bag this mod provides, but like I said earlier, WITH these two mods or WITHOUT those two mods, the SAIL in the BYOS bag always gives me a cat, which does not really matter much because the flying drone is working with the (indestructable) FU SAIL that is on the Avali ship, with these 2 mods.

I found that out a few hours ago before I went to bed (just woke up). It seems that the Avali is the most hand-on mod I have ever used with starbound. There is actuallly 2 mods that you need to get the Avali working correctly with FU and you would not need your BYOS bag (it gives me a cat pet everytime anyway).

mod 1: [OFFICIAL] FU BYOS Modded Race Patch (FR Supported Races)

I do not know what I am doing wrong but:
1: I have FU installed and I am not getting the question to have my default ship or the BYOS ship like all the other races..

2: The SAIL is already on the ship and CANNOT be broken and has the old layout, not the new FU one.

3: I can craft the BYOS bag and place the new SAIL which DOES give me the new menu but still no question about default ship or BYOS ship.

4: Even after placing the new SAIL I cannot break the old SAIL.

5: When placing the new SAIL im getting a human pet CAT, not a drone, no matter how many times I replace the damn thing.

info: I made a totally new character and have the newest version of you mod, the FU mod and the Avali race mod.

If you had a FU generated ship before installing this mod, the SAIL might need to be updated, check the description, namely the info under "What has Changed."
