Alternative Bots Collection

This mod is an AI Bot pack that you can use in your practice and custom games as an alternative to the default bots.

These bots first started out as simple custom bots to use in my assault maps, but then I realized that they performed surprisingly well. And so I have decided to include them in a separate pack that can be used in any map.

It also includes bots for characters that the default bots do not play as, such as Voltar, Genji, Rocco and many more! Check the list below.

Just like the default bots, they are affected by the difficulty settings, with higher difficulty bots being smarter and more aggressive.

Have fun playing with or against them! If you notice any weird behaviour please let me know so that I can fix it.


Before you start your practice or custom game, go to the settings menu at the top left and change the game mode to Awesomenauts (ABC Bots).

If you see an "M" in the gear icon next to the bot's name, then the mod is working.


As of 4.3 you can now choose which nauts can be played in the game settings, after you select Awesomenauts (ABC Bots) as the gamemode, go to the Nauts tab and select Enable custom naut selection, then just select which nauts you want on both teams. Remember that you must choose nauts that are supported by this pack, check the list below.
