if uts "sad" heart, why is it not a tear upgrade per heart container? Would that not be "angry" heart for damage?

I like this as an item that pushes you to red heart containers.

.25 per container is enough to make it worth taking if you have red heart containers, but makes deals for damage (and pototo peeler plays) possibly worth it.
