install the developer tool and then you can spawn stuff

You cant enable the cheat, to spawn things in. basically a creative mode..

Really like this map, enjoy it alolt actually, but you cant change the settings to make it a creative game, so i cant design anything purely for looks.

isnt using water in the map to make escape impossible kind of... cheaty? not much point bothering with a sizable guard force, you'ld only need a few to take intake prisoners to cells and take prisoners to solitary etc. I think the impossible to escape feature takes the fun out of designing a decent prison within.:steambored:
