Metal Coated Wood Legacy Patch

Multiplayer and vanilla friendly!

This is a really simple mod that restores the ability to craft smooth plated blocks out of metal coated wood at a rate of 25:1. I did this because I noticed that picking up metal-coated wood teaches you how to make smooth plated blocks, but the recipe you learn doesn't involve metal-coated wood. I also did it to make rust tree block farms viable for large construction projects again, like they were during the beta.

I can't imagine a tiny mod like this causing any issues, but as always, if you find one, please let me know!

the command that i wrote in my other comment it doesn't make the other trees drop saplings it just gives you one that will.

if your metal trees don't drop saplings tap into your chat /admin "this will allow to you to do the next command" then paste /spawnitem sapling 1 '{"stemName":"rust","stemHueShift":0.0,"foliageName":"rustflower","foliageHueShift":0.0}' after that type /admin to turn off godmode take care and happy exploring my galactic siblings.

I haven't made any alterations to this since I released it, so if rust trees stopped dropping metal coated wood this mod will be basically useless

does this still work? i can't remember metal trees dropping metal-coated wood anymore. which confused me. but then i saw your mod and figured out why i was confused: did they take away our metal-coated or rust trees and their wood??

This doesn't replace it, it just adds metal-coated wood as an alternative recipe to craft plated blocks. I liked being able to grow rust tree farms and convert them into blocks to get them in mass quantities.

The normal recipe requires 1 smooth metal and 1 tungsten bar to make 50 of them.
