The Wall Light uses 10 Power and takes 5 Steel to build. The light puts off a lot less light than a vanilla Standing Lamp so I feel like it's a good tradeoff.

The standard Wall Light requires Electricity research, and the colored variants require Colored Lights research, much like the Standing Lamp.

They are meant to be placed on the tile in front of the wall and rotated in place.
