Overall I think your idea is a good one. But this could be slimmed down, a lot. Your cards should have been published with a full implementation of the existing rules already in place -- as a work in progress, it's barely functional. Aquas don't need their own board, since the format of the Aqua board is identical to the land board. Cards like Bottom Feeder, which only work on Aquas, shouldn't exist; the original dev made this same mistake with cards like Brood Parasite. You don't need new sun values, just use the ones already printed on the Climate Cards and add rain icons.
I also noticed Carnivore cards missing the text about not eating plants, but I ended up deleting your versions so as not to overload the field with predators.
However, some of your cards are interesting and add much needed variety to the game.
