Bounty's Crosshair

Description
Replaces the crosshair with a yellow circled one. Reloadbar in transparent green.
This is a port from 'Nepumax Circled Crosshair' mod for Alien Swarm Source.

I use the same form of crossair in green ;) and yes it is a very good crossair.
