[B18] Reasonable Moods and Needs

Description
Your colonists are whiny b****es who go on a murder spree every time they so much as stub a toe. This mod aims to fix this with minor adjustments to their mood and needs so they'll grow some balls and deal with it rather than having a mental break down all the time.

This mod was created because the "Realistic Moods and Needs" mod was no longer maintained, so I adjusted the settings myself, updated it further, and I am now releasing it. Do NOT expect the same settings as the previous mod.

If anyones still interested in this mod, I'll start working on a proper C# version that will be compatible with other mods for version 1.2, and maybe earlier versions as well if people request them.

Errors in B18 fixed. This mod is now labeled B18. I will create new mods for B19 and 1.0 as I make them.
