Description

Adds the Charger, a new item!
Type: Passive item
Pool: Shop
Effect: Each time you kill an enemy, there is a chance that your held active item will charge 1 bar.

Note: The chance of charger activating is based on enemy health, and goes down based on how many times it has already activated in the current room. This is to prevent farming enemies that continually spawn.

hey just to let you know, this mod seems to break textures that replace isaac's body, making it so that when walking, it rapidly per frame switches between the down facing texture and the texture from whatever direction he's moving. and when you move downwards, it just doesn't animate at all.
