Dragon Sized Shouts (no dragon rawr)

Description
Simple mod to replace the Frost and Fire Player shouts with the dragon ones. - cutting the dragon roar audio -

Im aware of similar mods, however, they dont have the dragon roar removed (that ive seen). As awesome as this sounds, it felt a bit odd to me.

Damage Stats:

Fire
1 Word - 40 Damage
2 Words - 60
3 Words - 100

Frost
1 Word - 50 Damage + slow
2 Words - 60 + slow
3 Words - 70 + slow

So, to clarify, do these shouts have human audio with dragon effects?

Can you put up a vid? And I think both shouts need to be buffed damage wise (just a little) at every level.
