ADVANCED DISK DRIVE CONTROLLER

Description
This device is for reading and writing data from/to a rotating disk. To access the disk, you need to move a read head via a motor and wait for the disk to rotate into the correct position, then either read the data already there, or overwrite it with new data.

(This is a more difficult version of my DISK DRIVE CONTROLLER puzzle.)
