Report a translation problem
it is not this mod that make the icon's to big, it is the "HD inventory icon" mod that makes the icon's BIGGER by relapsing the original in game asset whit a BIGGER picture that messes this mod up...
the Texture pack don't make the icons sharper bur bigger and downscale them to fit in the inventory, but other mod's that uses the same Base image pack can make them look Bigger because the image sice go from being something like 90x90, to be something like 180x180 or something.
it is simply an Bad mod interaction because the HD icon pack used a Shortcut instead of increasing the HD part...

For example, if you've set it to pick up monster meat, have it wait for 30 seconds before it stops trying to pick up all monster meat within the picking radius.
