Description
The Quarians are a nomadic species of humanoid aliens known for their skills with technology and synthetic intelligence.

A bit of a work-in-progress at the moment, need to potentially tweak the racial traits, perhaps a better fitting tech tree, and maybe more appropriately themed ships.
