Dominus's Carthage Emblem V.2

Description
Friends, Romans, countrymen, lend me your ears!

This mod introduces a new icon to Carthage, consisting of a standing horse before a palm tree which appeared regularly in the currency of the Phoenician city-state.

As requested by one of my fans, this version of the selected emblem presents the purple as the primary color of the faction.

DISCLAIMER: This icon was originally idealized by the Haegemonia team, therefore, all merits are theirs (to Melcor, precisely)

I asked for this for Carthage because most maps they have these days, as well as that game "Carthage" in the Ancient World series that I played, has Rome as red and Carthage as purple. This is perfect. And I see why, Carthage's murex, they are the purple city!
