TUTORIAL CUSTOM CHEST

Beskrivning
Tutorial: How to add a custom image in a BTM Chest:

----
1/ CREATE A LEVEL
Create a new level, or use existing one
----
2/ PUT A CHEST
Edit the level, to put a chest block in the level
----
3/ CREATE AN IMAGE
Use your favorite editor to create a 256x256 pixels PNG image, name it "btm.png"
----
4/ PASTE THE IMAGE
Put the image in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\blocks that matter\Community\MyWorkspace\MY LEVEL NAME#aab000a7-aa00-0a0a-a000-aa8c2073532d
---
5/ SUBMIT THE LEVEL
The game will inform you that the level needs approval, but it's only an approval to be hosted on our website, the level should be in the Workshop anyway

Hi there!

I'll check the image tomorrow at work. Right now I've no access to the SwingSwingServer. Maybe the file was corrupted while transfering to the SSServer but not to the Workshop.

Well it's kind of weird. The one I think is like, 250x250, and it shows up when I play it from the workshop, but if I play it from the community levels, it doesn't. The other one does show up though, the 256x256.

@Giovan: the image shows up when you take a chest to the exit. Like in the main adventure mode.

Well I'm not an a computer with Steam installed, but I was able to download your files thanks to our admin tool, and I saw that one of the btm.png file was not 256x256.

I don't exaclty remember my code, but I think I was not uploading image files that are not 256x256 png format images.
And there is a bug on my side, because the level is tagged with a "Custom BTM" even if the image was rejected.

Both of the level are not working? Or just one? (because the other image seemed to be okay in size)

I'm going to try to get the chests in your levels and will report it to you!

If it's not showing up, I'mm try to find out why. Maybe the image file get corrupted in the upload.

Yeah it's understandable. Whenever I try to play my game through the community on BTM, my custom BTM doesn't show up. When I go to test me level though, and I play it, it does then. So I'm not sure if I'm the only one that sees it or not.

Hi Zapp!

For now there is no way to indicate what game it is, but I'll make an update to support this feature.
I think the easiest way will be to create a text file named "name.txt" containing the name you can to give to your custom BTM.
naming the png could have been an option, but I think it can lead to bugs, especially when you want to use "fancy" characters (spaces, accents, etc)
