Sniper

Description
Adds the item "Sniper" which increases your damage by a great amount but also heavily decreases your rof, similar to Polyphemus.
The tears also fly significantly faster, therefore increasing the range and giving the item its name.

DISCLAIMER: this is my first mod, so I'm just happy that it works and didn't yet work on synergies with other Items (functional and visual), so keep that in mind if you find the item ;P

Could make it's damage scale based on how far away from the character it is when it hits an opponent and make them spectral so you can actually snipe.

it is, but it doesnt have the penetrative effect (and it is currently underpowered af, need to fix that)

Sounds cool, but isn't it just a Polyphemus + shot speed up? (it's still cool)
