Old Buffalo Soldier Voice Restoration

Description
Replaces the African American Voice (africanamerican_01)
Requires snd_restart
For the unenlightened, prior to Feburary-ish there was a different voice to for the Buffalo Soldiers, and it strangely sounded like Sonic the Hedgehog. Since this was at the very beginning of the unit system, it wasn't heard by many people save from one or two beta tests, early elite units, Developers, and losers like me who combed through the files upon every beta branch update.
The lines are mostly complete, but there will still be occasions where you hear the newer voice.
Once again I didn't bother changing the subtitles. Please inform me if you know if it's doable

@Kultch I have my FoV set to 110 along with this mod http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=898055835 . Additionaly I have an autoexec.cfg file with the command "cl_ads_weapon_fov_scale 1.3" making it so iron sights won't zoom in when you aim

whats the mod used here? It seems like the FOV is different that you can see the stock of the Thompson.
