Description
Description:
This mod takes all appropriate lines of dialogue from the Spetsnaz character on Bravo Team, Bludshot, in the PS2 Classic SOCOM 2: U.S. Navy SEALs.

The lines from SOCOM work extremely well with XCOM 2, and thus give a really cool tactical feel when playing the game. There are over 300 lines of dialogue, which each have a radio effect that is unique to the SOCOM series. I did not have to edit any of the audio as the files already had the radio effect added from SOCOM itself.

I plan on making a voice pack for all SOCOM 2 chacters, so look forward to that. Also, there is no preview video beacuse I cannot edit a video to save my life. However, I can promise you that the audio quality is the best you can get. If there are any lines of dialogue that seem to be out of place or whacky, please let me know and I will try to change them. Enjoy!

Please check out my voicepack collection so you can view all of my current and future releases to the series!

Next character on the list is going to be from SOCOM 1: Boomer

couldn't you just record clicking the "preview" button on the character screen? no editing involved.

@Pre-Workout Oh, sorry. I'll check it out, then!

Can we get a videosample?

Audacity supports bulk actions, which I have used to apply radio effect to voicepacks lacking them (like the old Gears of War pack).

Without being able to see right this minute, I suspect it'll let a person trim 0.5 seconds or whatever of the front and maybe the back of every track in one go.

@_Omen_OZ_ Yeah that effect is already baked onto the sound files. It would take forever to remove the effect manually but it's sort of a SOCOM staple.

The voices sound good in case anyone's wondering. I'm not into the comm-noise bracketing each voice line though.

If someone wants to make a preview video for my mods, I would really appreciate it! People keep commenting about there being no preview video but they aren't reading the description. If someone would like to help, please message me.
