Advanced Turrets

Description
Updated to A17

This mod adds Charge Lance Turrets and Minigun Turrets to Rimworld. It aims to be vanilla friendly, only using guns that already exist within the game.

Charge Lance Turrets require Unpowered Charge Lances, which can be removed from a Scyther's Left hand, similar to removing a blade.

This mod doesn't make Charge Lances usable by pawns, only turrets.

Feel free to leave feedback and report any bugs you may find. You may use this mod in any mod pack or the like, just be sure to give credit.

Managed to fix the errors. Works perfectly once the new core mechanoid body part defs are copied over and then adding the spawn on removed charge lance. If any one is interested in getting a fixed version for A17 I can make a dropbox until Skoots updates it here. :steamhappy:

I don't understand why this mod isn't more popular, it's so vanilla friendly it should be part of the game ! Hope to see it updated to A17 (as it introduces minor error messages), seems playable though. Great mod, please keep it up :)

Been using it for some time. Nice add. Costly to made but good addition to your defense.
