Vampire's Blood Plague Cross Bow Bolt's and spell's

there is now 2 spell book, that you can buy from the mage at dragonreach faringar.
there is a ring,found at the vampire castle next to the Blood Chalice, or you can buy it from faringar. it has a temp spell that only works when your wearing it
the crossbow bolt's in this mod, use the enchantment, Vampire's blood plague, and when used it eather kill's the target or infect's them, causing them to be covered in blood and they then stager then explode, leaving a ghostly puddle

the 5 min plague could take every one in a room as one explods it infects all the rest witch then blowup covering who ever is left. it is Leathel, and kill anything. just fire and forget . it wont kill esential npc's but will disable them for 5 minutes. be care full once there dead, it's over. you cant resurrect a ghoslty puddle i tryed and failed and it will also infect you as well, IT IS DEADLEY and highly infectus causing the target to loose all there blood then explode

ps i never made the affect i just added it to items and made it spread like a contagious disease for 5 min
