Description
New York (Street) is a heck of a town!

Paramount Studios have composites of many styles of architecture most notably for NYC and Chicago. Filming on location can be arduous for many production companies, and having a pocket of the east coast on the west coast where most hollywood royalty live sure helps production stay on target.

The following assets are recommended builds for Skyliners who wish to emulate a miniature New York City similar to Paramount Studios in their new Hollywood Studio by Joak. This new backlot for those studios would not be possible without the works and permissions of Feindbild & Khrysler. If you don't use RICO you may find Feindbild's Chicago Corner assets useful in designing your backlot.

The following mods are recommended for optimal use in conjunction with this asset in-game:
1) More Beautification - To freely place props of your choice.
2) Move It! - To place asset in a confined space.
3) Not So Unique Buildings - To plop more than one type of unique building in your city.
4) Prop & Tree Anarchy - To place props within the cell space of your asset.
5) Prop Snapping - To attach props to the asset.
