Description
A card game I played years ago with varying rules for different types of this game, this game is also known as sh*thead or also known as Palace, Shed or Karma, or Tags. Here is an example of a three player game with 1 deck. You can have an extra deck added and the cards shuffled in the middle for a longer game! The loser of the game is an idiot or whatever swear word you choose to use! Still a work in progress, some scripting needed but still playable!

RULES:

Sh*thead is a game I played at School, which the player to lose is the Idiot / appropriate swearword etc!

Actually was called Sh*thead, Palace, Shed or Karma, or Tags

The rules are simple:

It is a 2-6 player game, ideally with four players.
With four or more players you may require two decks to start or to make the game longer etc!

The players each get three cards dealt face down which they can NOT initially play and leave until last and must play blind, and three cards dealt face up on top of them to start which are also left till the player has no cards left in his hand.

The players are then dealt 7 cards each, and they must always have 7 cards in their hand at all times. So when they play, they pick up another card from the pink zone unseen deck etc, until the unseen deck pink zone is cancelled or used up. If a player has more than 7 cards he/she does not have to pick up a card. If he has less than 7 say he has 5 he must pick up 2 etc. 3 or more etc, to equal having 7 cards again.

The player to the left of the dealer starts and must get rid of their lowest numbered card remembering 2 is a special card and handy to keep, so it generally starts with a 3. The card is placed in the orange zone. The next player MUST play an equal or higher card irrespective of suit, a 2 or a 10 etc else face picking up the card/s on show in the orange zone!

You can play any number of the same number, say up to 4 3's etc. If you have 2 or 3 or more it's up to the player how many at once he may play! If there is four of the same number, the person who played the 4th cancels the deck to the brown zone or discarded deck like he does with a 10 and has an another immediate go.

Once the unseen deck is empty and all the players
cards are played in their 7 in their hand, they must play any of the three on top face up 3 cards to continue after this, they must pay their last 3 cards face down "BLIND" to see if it wins etc.

Special Cards are as follows:

2: This brings the numbers back down to 2 again, and can be played over even an A!

7: The player MUST play 7 or LESS than a 7 else pick up the cards, 10 still cancels this.

8: the player must play another 8 else miss 1 turn, else if they do the next player will play an 8 or miss 2 turns etc etc till the max 4 8's which then cancels like a 10 like any other 4 of the same card!

10: This card immediately cancels the cards face up on show, to being a "cancelled pile" or the brown zone and are no longer any use in the game! Immediately the player gets another go.

J: This card reverses the direction of game play.

K: A black King you must play another Black King else pick up 5 cards, then the next must pick up 10 etc. Any red King cancels this attack.

A: is high! 2 is low etc.

First Optional Varient Rule:
(Before starting the game the payers can swap any of the three upturned cards on show with their initial 7 cards in their hand for a attack later.)

Second Optional Varient Rule:
(After dealing the cards the first player must flip over a card to start instead of just playing a card and try to equal or best it etc.)

Third Optional Varient Rule:
(Ideally for 3 or more players. A Black Queen counts as pick up 5 and a Black King nows is pick up 10 cards etc etc. Red Queen and Red King still cancel picking up cards)

Fourth Optional Varient Rule:
(The player unable to play an equal or higher card, may elect to "Use the Force" and play the top card from the unseen deck and see if it beats the card or else pick up the cards showing in the showing pile)

Fifth and Final Optional Rule:
(The players get two decks in one pile shuffled to start, ideally for 3 or more players for a longer or definately useful for 4-6 players)

The players may mix and match any of the varients but must all agree before start of play which are in effect in play.

Game Shown is for 3 players cards allready dealt.

That's it! Enjoy! :)
