Description
This is a Independent Architecture mod featuring Catbarf's (aka Warsmithy) Italian Buildings mod to be used for the Spanish Civilization. All Credit goes to Catbarf, who is the original creator for this Architecture Set. I have mearly ported the buildings to the Spanish for Independent Architecture with his permission. The original building graphics are linked below.

This mod also includes Mediterranean Architecture elements, such as the Feudal Age Buildings & Sails, to better complement the set, which was originally designed for the Mediterranean set.

Julianbaba4's Keep, Bombard Tower & Trade Workshop buildings are also included to complement the set over the default Mediterranean graphics, used with his permission. The three buildings are currently not yet completed on Catbarfs side. The links to the two mods are linked below:

Since this is a Independent Architecture mod, this mod does nothing outside of the IA Dataset. If you are looking for the mod that changes the graphics in the regular datasets & campaign, please see the links above. Make sure this mod has a higher priority the Independent Architecture DAT Mod as well or else it will not work properly.

Update - March 19th, 2018: Added the completed set of Stone Gates & Damaged Stone Walls created by Gwotyng. The Stone Gates & Walls are also from Gyotyng's Imperial Italian Building Mod linked below.

Update - July 8th, 2017: Added Fortified Walls from a mod created by Gwotyng to replace the Default Fortified Walls. Gyotyng's mod from which the Fortified Walls came from is linked here:

I can do that, since it makes sense now with DE changing their architecture. But when I have some free time, I'm pretty busy at the moment.

It should still be compatible with IA 5.8. I'm fairly certain nothing has changed from 5.7 for the Spanish.

Just updated today. I have included the recently finished pieces of the Stone Gates / Constructed Walls, which Gwotyng finished recently.

I'm guessing you man the one from version 3.3? I will try, but the thing is that the Forgotten Empires Mod is currently fan supported. The original team (The people who now currently work on HD) stop supporting the mod after I believe 2.6, so majority of the new architecture featured in Forgotten Empires v3.3 is created and supported by numerous modders, which the Viking Architecture is one of those. So I have to get in contact with that person first.

I'm wondering if you could upload the FE Viking architecture. I think a lot of people miss the authentic look of the vikings.

Sorry Dynamo, but this is strictly a mod featuring Catbarf's work, so I won't be replacing the Castle. I won't be mixing graphics by other sets or by other modders. Julianbaba's buildings are a special case since the graphics are not yet finished for those 3 buildings and they fit the set much better than the default FE Mediterranean buildings.

If you want that particular castle in the game for the Spanish set in IA, You are more than welcome to make a dedicated IA mod to replace the Spanish Castle, as long as you have permission from the original creator of that Castle.
