At a stately 859 feet (262m), Water Tower Place is a massive entry to Chicago's skyline. This stark marble tower is the next door neighbor to the John Hancock Center and holds dozens of shops, offices, and residences. It's a must see in Chicago, and hopefully a must-include to your metropolis.

Scale - 1:1
Tris - 964
Footprint - 8x20 (but the game kept it at 8 x 16)
Height - 859' / 262m

I'm not very good yet at the importing process, so I don't think this is RICO enabled, just a unique building.

Also i have a building request, 7 World Trade in New York, MadCat3D made one but it has very low res textures.Or you could do Trump Parc in Stamford CT, It is a 34 story condominium building, it is one of the taller buildings in Connecticut .

@SonOfNitrous yes, thank you! This building, like the others I released months ago, is full of errors which I have sinced learned to fix. One of these days I will spend some time reworking old assets to match my current abilities
