Zulu Empire (G&K)

Mod updated for G-K. It should not work with Vanilla game.
Shaka's Zulu Empire.

Leader: Shaka. +20% Defense against Ranged Attackes, -15% Experience required for Promotions.
Unique Unit: Impi. Buffalo Horns Attack Formation (Bonus versus Warriors 20), 20% Defesense Against All Ranged Attacks, 50% Bonus versus Mounted Units, 1 Extra Movement.
Unique Building: Royal Kraal. +15% Production when building Mounted Units.
Each source of Horses, Sheep, and Cattle worked by this City, produce +1 Production. Each source of Cattle produces +2 Gold.
City must have at least one of these resources improved with a Pasture.

Fixes:
- Complete integration to G&K.
- Text partly rewritten.


To do:
- Strategic view icon is the same as the Impi Zulu one.
- Add more flavor to the Civ.
