Got the same problem, can't place new stops on stations that already have a route going through the bottom rails.

I cannot seem to place stops on the bottom track, it always pops on the top tracks saying path not found (I have placed this so I can use the top tracks when I expend later). Can somebody help me figure this out? Thank you! 감사합니다!
