[Private MOD] Slowdown Please

Description
mod version 1.0
To Slow down World Time
No need to stress about the world time anymore.
The default value is 1 and is 16 minutes a day, that is 1 times slower than the original time.
Max can be 10 times slower than the default, or 80 minutes a day.
Note: the longer the multiple, the longer the night.

Only world cloak is slown down!

Thats a shame. There are times I would like to play the game but dont because I dont want to feel rushed, with little to no breaks. This sounded exactly like what I needed.
