Its a ball fountain. Wanted to test this with rotating and this is the result.
Maybe u can use it anywhere in your city.

Hey Due, ich baue gerade meine Heimatstadt Hohenstein-Ernstthal nach und bin völlig begeistert über meinen Zufallsfund hier. Genau so eine Kugel gibt es nämlich bei uns auch!
