This mod changes the monthly cost for:

* Research-, Mining- and Observation stations
* Science- and Construction ships
* Military ships
* Colony ships

The maintenance for said structures / ships is half of the normal amount.

(This is my first ever mod, feel free to use it and comment if you find anything missing or not working. I know there are mods that already make similar changes but I didn't feel like waiting for updates. ^^)
