Half-Life SPAS sounds for M590

Description
Copy and remade version of CarterG4's mod for the SPAS-12 sounds to work on the M590. Thanks to Carter for all the help!

Also look ahead to further posts from Carter and me like this, we intend to replace all Insurgency weapons sounds with Half-Life (1, Blueshift and Opposingforce expansions; 2 and beta stuff; Black Mesa; basically any HL game)
