Parts of ship have physics, they we're made entirely of func_physbox initially but 2 things we're happening:
1) Mega lags on server - Pretty normal for Source engine and phys related things
2) Too much stuff - If you play this map you'll notice CSGO handles physbox way differently than CSS does, you wiggle around and cant jump off or cant control yourself on parts of the ship.
At current state most of the upper side of ships is made of physbox for comedy related stuff (parts falling on your head) and the lower side of ships is made of func_breakable for less lags and more comfort. :)
if not, consider converting them to func_physbox.
