Upon use, book of lamentations gives you a tears up which lasts for the current room. When triggered during boss fight, it will replace devil deals appearance by angel rooms.

@PYXIL No matter what happened during your run, if you use the book during a boss fight and Isaac RNG gives you a Devil Deal appearance, then it will always be replaced by an angel room. Using this book, you can have an angel room spawn in Basement/Cellar 2.

Question: Would this overide devil deal precedent/no more angel deals etc.? If so, I could definitely see this item being useful for getting the key pieces.
