Actual Chain Lightning

Description
Changes the visualization of LW2's Chain Lightning ability to not be a Faceoff clone.

Does NOT change the gameplay functionality. It's still like an individual shot against each target.

@Jack, it's not dead, i'm using it right now. i mean it's dead as in supported terms, but it's working :) but yeah.. i'd be happy if someone adds lightsaber to primarysword animation, and that chainlightning thingy to :}
