to make it closer to the pitch of the rcon leader in insurgency - different loadouts in insurgency have differently pitched versions of the same(ish) voice files. If you want un-altered, it's linked below.

2. Please mark that it is a voice pack a little more clearly. While browsing the workshop, it's unclear if this is or is not a voice pack, at a glance.
