Pseudobulbar Affect

Description
According to wikipedia,
"Pseudobulbar affect (PBA), or emotional incontinence, is a type of affect characterized by involuntary crying or uncontrollable episodes of crying and/or laughing, or other emotional displays."

Basically, this means that there is uncontrollable crying. In this challenge, you will have something similar happen to you, where you have to fight down to Depths II and defeat Mom using a difficult-to-control Ludivico Tecnique tear!

This was the best name I could come up with, if you can come up with a better name I would be happy to change the name of the challenge.
