Does this also change the Shrieker quest reward to 12 trinkets if I lost 12 trinkets?

Fixed it (kinda) -
Take the files 'characterpanel_frames.png' and 'character.layout.darkest' from the original BR files (Steam\steamapps\common\Black Reliquary\shared\character)

Copy them into the same folder you made for the BR 3 trinket mod.
eg Steam\steamapps\common\Black Reliquary\mods\884767042\shared\character

The only problem with this is it will show only 2 trinket slots on the character screen, but once you go into your inventory and drag a trinket over the 3rd slot will show up and be used normaly.

Got it working in BR - as mentioned the character info gets messed up, placing the mod at top does nothing to help (in BR). Any fix for this?

The character's equipment UI layout is inconsistent, and it needs to be replaced with the vanilla file "characterpanel_frames.png".

if you are having problems with ui bug, try putting the mod at the VERY TOP of the mod list in game

I added this mod to BR using Macky's guide below and it worked! The character sheet UI is a bit messed up now so I just need to know how to put the UI back the way it was.

Quirks got moved around and the additional info tab for heroes disappeared
