Hello!

This is my mod based on some ability of well known cowboy from well known game

You charge ability by hitting enemies with your tears and when your meter is full press V to start aiming and then V again to fire, the longer you aim the more dmg you deal, aiming speed scales with enemy HP!

Anyway I'm releasing this mod in un-polished state (it requires little bit of sprite work and few code tweaks) because I don't know if I will work anymore on this mod but it works and I think its pretty fun to use. So I upload it. If I ever will finish it I plan on adding screen filter when you use ability, sound effects, mby some animation, costume for Isaac, better icon or even killing enemies 1 by 1 instead of all at once.
