RWBY Vytal Festival Tournament - RTX Edition

Description
It's been a long time coming and it is finally here! Just in time for RTX!

RWBY Vytal Festival Tournament is moving into it's 3rd Phase!

We have included 4 new Terrain Types: Ice, Magma, Desert and Oasis! Each Terrain Type has a new set of rules for combat to make use of against your enemies.

As for the most requested addition we have been testing new Characters to play as. Rather than just release our favorites, we want to have yours!

With regards to the available Characters please only include Characters that a) Have a known Semblance as we will not be able to complete a Character without one and b) Has had enough fights and content in show to be able to create enough different cards in game.

You only consider the cards depleated by the damage in question.

Feel free to join the discord, where we can help you with rules questions and help set up games with you. I'll be open to do a teaching game for the majority of today.

When Blake takes damage, do you only consider all cards that were from this source of damage, all cards from that source of damage + her hand or also her discard pile?

@umbra There are many situations where blake can lose 1v1 to any character, for example, against weiss, a well placed multi hit attack can DECIMATE her. Against ruby, multiple chip attacks will make slow, but decent work of her aura pool, yang is the only matchup that is almost impossible to lose as blake.
