Decreased Damage (D+)

You do not Difficulty+ for this to work, but it was built for it. The damage is only decreased relative to Difficulty+, which means that without it your damage will actually be increased.
With that being said, if you do not want to use Difficulty+, then be sure to get Damage Cap Begone! if you want anything to deal more than 1,000 damage.

This is mostly for those whom want to play Difficulty+, but want combat to take longer.
This is also compatible, but not recommened to be used, with Difficulty+ (Nightmare Edition).

Do not use this with: Decreased Damage (D+NE) or Increased Damage, as they will just overwrite eachother and you will have mods fighting for priority.
