Have you ever been playing a campaign outside of Europe, and been annoyed at how hilariously large some of the provinces are in other parts of the world?

Well then this mod is for you. I've gone through the areas with the most egregiously large provinces (South America, Africa, Siberia, Tibet, Australia, Canada, etc.) and split the provinces into many smaller provinces, which allows for the player to have far more agency, and fun, when conducting campaigns in these areas.

Due to the nature of HOI IV's state/province system, this mod should be compatible with every! mod that does not modify the map/states.

With a mod of this size, it is very easy for me to accidentally move victory points/cities to the wrong locations when moving provinces, and have other small bugs pop up. IF you see any problems, please report them so I may fix them when I can.
